Why Does Certificate In Assessing Vocational Achievements Require Real Learners?

CAVA isn’t a classroom-only qualification. It’s competency-based. That means real assessment evidence, pulled from actual work with actual people. 

Compare that to the Level 3 AET teaching qualification, which allows simulated practice instead, CAVA doesn’t give you that option.
