Completion of the Level 3 Education and Training qualification is often a prerequisite for teaching and training roles in both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) sectors. Importantly, this course only requires a passion for teaching and training, as no prior experience or training is necessary. It offers a robust foundation in understanding teaching and training principles and practices, applicable in both workplace and educational environments.
